Denne kaffen er fyldig, med en tydelig syrlighet som gir en frisk munnfølelse. Toner av appelsinskall og sjokolade er balansert med en lang avslutning. Den egner seg godt til aeropress, presskanne og håndbrygg.

Chocolate, orange peel, rounded. On the borderline between medium and light-roasted, this coffee comes from Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica. The owners of the plantation have created an estate with an impressive commitment to social justice and environmental care, and you can read more about this via the link below. This coffee is full-bodied, with a clear acidity giving a fresh mouthfeel. Notes of orange peel and chocolade are balanced by a lingering finish. It works well aeropress, cafetière and pour-over.
